This is three months of comprehensive, life-altering, therapeutic coaching. This three month plan includes: 12 one hour weekly sessions, weekly text inspiration and check-ins to keep you on track and motivated, a monthly review each month via email about what we have accomplished and getting clarity for reaching all of our goals together. We will look at the deepest held beliefs and behaviors that have kept you apart from the life you know is waiting for you. We will break the barriers and rebuild from the ground up. You will finally recognize yourself.
